- Payment is required before artwork is dispatched
Shipping
- Shipping within Australia takes approximately 7-10 business days
- International Shipping takes approximately 12-14 days
Please note that depending on the postal service and holidays within the destination country, these times may vary.
All artworks are posted via regular Australian Post. If you require express postage, please see the express post option in the extras category from the products drop down menu.
All artworks are sealed in a plastic sleeve with quality backing board to protect and resist bending the artwork. Larger artworks will be sealed in a plastic sleeve and rolled in a postage tube to prevent damage during shipping. Orders are packaged and posted by me personally and the upmost care is always taken to ensure artwork arrives to you intact.
Refunds and Returns
If you receive a print/original artwork that has been damaged during shipping or if there is any problem with your order, email me and I will gladly sort it out for you.
Unfortunately I do not accept refunds based on change of mind.
